Hardwood Honey is from beehives across Central Indiana. From Greenfield to Danville, and from Carmel to Greenwood the honey bees are supporting the environment. The honey is harvested annually. 

Eating honeycomb is a unique experience each time. Whether for an appetizer or for dessert  When the wax cap of the honeycomb bursts the flavor profile of the honey is sweet tasting.
